Terms & Conditions of Hire
- When booking and accepting delivery of our skip bins it is deemed as an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Please do not place asbestos in our skip bins. Any penalties incurred as a result of tipping asbestos from your hired skip bin will be charged back to you.
- Overloaded skip bins are dangerous and illegal to transport. If a bin has been overloaded and is dangerous to remove and transport, we reserve the right to remove the excess waste to allow the skip to be removed and transported safely and legally. We will make all efforts where possible to contact the hirer to discuss the issue should it arise. Any waste removed will be left on site.
- Bins are placed on site with a specially designed skip lift truck body. Skip bins are not to be moved around your site without first contacting us to discuss. When bins are moved they can be difficult to access and sometimes become inaccessible for removal. Any additional costs incurred to remove a skip that has been moved without prior permission will be charged back to the hirer.
- Any damage caused to the skip bin while in your hire will be charged back to the hirer. Damage can include but is not limited to fire, graffiti, and any damage caused by contents you have placed in your skip.
- We reserve the right to empty the contents of your skip bin if payment in not made in a timely manner or as agreed prior to hire.
- Bin King Skip Hire accepts no responsibility for any damage to the ground where your skip is delivered. Be it on grass, concrete, pavers etc. If the hirer has specified where the bin is to be delivered, they are deemed to accept responsibility for its delivery location.
- Bin King Skip Hire will endeavour to place your skip where you require it. However, please consider the effects of rain as the ground can become very soft and trucks can become bogged. Please also consider overhead powerlines, eaves on houses and garden beds that obstruct access. If access is difficult please make sure you are onsite at time of delivery to allow your bin to be delivered in a mutually agreeable location.
